Our founder Micah Bevitz started iTelecom after years in the industry because he knew that there was a better way to service both agents and customers. iTelecom was created on the principle that our most important job is to provide best-in-class support. He’s built a team of telecom and technology professionals that share his passion for exceeding expectations and over-delivering. Micah originally moved to Los Angeles performing improv comedy on stages across Southern California. His improv background and love of “keeping audiences wanting more” speaks directly to his customer service mindset.

Adam joined iTelecom in 2009 and leads our dedicated sales team. Adam has been leading sales teams in the telecommunication sector for more than 13 years. He is a veteran with a natural aptitude for providing dynamic leadership to cross-functional teams, spearheading projects aimed at driving sales and maintaining excellent client relationships. Adam’s philosophy is to “make a difference, not a sale.”
J. Paul joined the iTelecom team in early 2012 as the head project manager for complex products. After years of successful installs and demonstrating patience and persistence as the hallmark of his work, he took his relentless drive into our compensation department, where he oversees all agent channel billing and commissions.
